Around the World GameThe around the world game is a fun outdoor activity that is great for basketball practice. You can use a regular sized basketball hoop or a child sized one. As with all kids activities, join in! Kids love when the adults in their lives want to play with them. Play is good for everyone, and the benefit is a closer bond with your children.
basketball hoop basketball chalk Directions: Following the chart below, using your chalk make X's in a half circle around the area of the basketball hoop. Everyone lines up next to the first X. Taking turns each player makes an attempt at making a basket. If you make it you move onto the next X, your turn is over when you miss and the next person goes. When you miss you go to the back of the line and wait for your next turn. You stay on the X where you made your last basket.
