Really you can use ANY vegetable of your choice, the above mentioned vegetables are our family favorites.
8oz cream cheese, softened
packet of dry Italian Dressing Mix
1 TBS Mrs.Dash type seasoning
1 tsp Garlic powder
1. Clean and cut vegetables.
To make the vegetable cutting go faster I like to use a Food Chopper, that also makes it safe for kids to get involved with this step. Of course there should always be adult supervision!
2. In medium bowl combine cream cheese with seasonings, mix thoroughly
3. Stir in vegetables.
4. Spread mixture on tortillas, roll up, and cut into sections. Serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
